While I was at the Type-A Parent Conference back in September, I had the pleasure of trying a highly addictive frozen food product while I was there — Wyman’s of Maine.

Yummy Blueberry Smoothie
Here is the smoothie that I made using the delicious wild blueberries!
- 6 ounces Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 6 ounces Vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 cup Milk
- Blend all ingredients well at high speed. Serve and enjoy immediately.
