I love spoiling my fur babies. Tucker and Mittens, I do believe are some of the most spoiled pets on the planet. They both have their own wardrobe closets, and every single holiday, they get their very own presents. This year, I am creating a Valentine Care Package featuring some fun products from Hartz.
I recently got in a few products from Hartz — which is one of my favorite pet brands. I use a lot of their products in our day to day lives, so when I got this package in with some fun things for my fur babies, I decided to put it together as a care package for my babies.
Great Products for a Valentine Care Package
Hartz Products for Cats
Mittens is a spoiled little girl. She has this huge basket of toys that stays in the living room and from time to time you will catch her digging through there looking for a specific toy.
When I showed her the Hartz Just for Cats Twirl and Whirl new plush cat toy that is infused with catnip, she could not get enough of it.
I took it out of the package and she immediately started running around chasing it. When I laid it down, she took of with it, throwing it up in the air and dragging it around the house. She really loved it!
I kept having to shoo her off my bed so I could take a photo of the items I was including in her basket.
This is the #1 wet cat treat in the United States. I had never seen it before today, and we found out that she really likes it. It is not a food — but a treat.
Mittens was excited about all the things that were going to be included in her basket. We finally had to put her treats in a bowl because she would not stop pacing the table (notice the little paw prints in the photo).
Hartz Treats for Dogs
Because it is Valentine’s weekend, we always make sure to give the dog and cat a bath. Yes — my daughter bathes her cat. She lets her and she likes it. She started when she was a baby and she has always liked bath time. She is a very weird cat.
Tucker likes bath time too. We use the Hartz Ultra Guard Flea and Tick Shampoo. It kills flea and ticks and it has oatmeal in it so it soothes itchy skin.
Of course, Tucker needs a toy in his care package. He is not much for playing these days, but I still buy him toys because every once in a while he will get a wild hair and want to play.
Now, my boy loves bacon so when Hartz included this Dura Play Bone Dog Toy infused with Bacon, I knew he was going to love it.
It has a bacon scent and it is soft and chewable. Tucker kept licking and licking it like it was a piece of bacon.
Of course, in Tucker’s Valentine care package, I have to include the most major necessity ever — puppy pads. He is a marker, and at night, he secretly jumps off the bed and pees on things. It makes me SO aggravated. Because of this, I started putting puppy pads down at night for him to pee on.
Hartz has these Home Protection Odor Eliminating Puppy Pads that are infused with a scent of lavender to help mask any smells your pooch leaves behind.
They also have flash dry technology which means when he pees on it, instead of it staying liquid, it turns to a gel so it won’t leak anywhere else.
These are just a few items that I myself would feel like would be great to add to any care package that you are making for your pet or for any pet you intend on giving a basket too.
