My husband and I have been working really hard for the past few months to change our lifestyle. We are eating better, exercising, and getting fit together. 3 Ways My Husband Adds Extra Protein to His Diet
Eating a Protein Packed Breakfast
Every single morning, my husband has bacon and eggs. He eats hardboiled eggs and bacon — which is FULL on protein. He even has me eating a breakfast like this in the morning.
It regulates and balances out the body in the morning and helps both of us have a great start to the day.
Mid Morning Protein Shake
During the mid morning, he will make himself a chocolate protein shake. He has this when he is starting to feel hungry, but it is not quite time to eat lunch.
He will also have one of these after he has exercised or worked hard all day. If you use ice and blend it in a blender, you can even make it into a protein smoothie.
