A few years ago, my husband and I visited a restaurant and I had the most amazing dessert ever. It was a delicious hot brownie covered in chocolate chips. Then on top there was this dollop of vanilla bean ice cream and then it was drizzled with hot fudge and caramel and then had brownie chunks all over the top of it. I knew from the first bite, this was going to be a dessert I made at home, so let me introduce you to my version of a Brownie Mudslide featuring the new Nestle Toll House Brownies & More Baking Mixes.
I love being able to recreate my favorite restaurant desserts at home and this one only has 3 ingredients thanks to the new Nestle Toll House Brownies & More Baking Mixes I picked up from Kroger on my last shopping trip. I was able to save .75 per box because I joined the Ibotta program (and you can too!)
Not only do they have Brownies & More but they also have Cookies & More and some locations. What I truly love about these mixes is that everything I need is right in the box!
Making the brownies are easy and simple. Just follow the directions on the box and from there, you will wind up with the most delicious dessert ever.
But I always like to take it over the top. So I start with a delicious slice of hot brownie. You can choose the chocolate chip morsels version which is what I like, or you can choose the Butterfinger version (which is equally delicious!)
Then you top this with a dollop of vanilla bean ice cream. Vanilla bean is always my favorite ice cream.
Then if that is not enough, I chop up MORE brownie to put on top.
Then, I drizzle on hot fudge and caramel sauce. Hello gorgeous! I love that with this one mix, I have so many varieties of what I can do with it.
Toll House has been helping bakers like me for over 75 years to create delicious recipes like the one above. There are no artificial flavors or colors involved so I can be proud of what I am serving up my family.
Don’t forget to join the Ibotta program so you can save money when you head Kroger to get your Toll House Brownies & More Baking Mixes.
