When I am making breakfast for just myself, I always tend to make Easy Sourdough French Toast. It’s very simple to do and it only takes 3 ingredients.
To make this, like I said, you only need 3 ingredients — Brownberry Sourdough bread, 1 egg, and cinnamon.
Start by cracking your egg in a bowl and scrambling it. Then add your cinnamon.
Then you take your bread and soak both sides in this mixture.
Then once it is done, simply take a pat of butter, melt it in the stove in your pan and then add your soaked bread to the pan. Allow it to brown on one side and then flip it to brown on the other side.
Once you have browned both sides, move it to a plate and sprinkle on some powdered sugar, or a put a pat of butter on top and some maple syrup.
Then serve it with a slice of orange for a perfect breakfast meal!
We LOVE Brownberry Bread. It is a healthfull bread that is full of fiber, grains, and is perfect for making a delicious meal in minutes.
We have used the bread in the past for sandwiches, for toast, for making garlic bread for dinner, and now I can add my delicious Sourdough French Toast recipe to the mix too.
