I don’t know how you handle getting ready for the big game, but my family and I are SO different in a lot of ways. While the guys are going on and on about the stats of their favorite team, I have my own way of getting ready for the big game day.
I am not as big a fan of sports as they guys are, but I do use this day to do what I love more than anything and that is pamper myself.
While they are chatting about all of their favorite players and what they think is going to happen during the game, I run to WalMart to pick up a few of my favorite beauty products from P&G.
During the first bit of the game, I spend some time in the shower, just basking in the warmth of the water. Nothing relaxes me more than a hot shower. I make a bath bomb using Eucalyptus essential oil and coconut oil and put it in the shower to release an invigoratingly pure moment of bliss.
Then, once I get relaxed, I pull out my Gillette Venus Swirl Razor. It has 5 contour blades on it which is perfect for getting my legs silky smooth.
Once I shave my legs, it’s on to my hair. I love using Head & Shoulders Classic Clean 2 in 1 Shampoo and conditioner because it gives my hair a clean smell, but it also leaves it silky smooth and shiny.
It’s perfect for making sure I am 100% flake free.
Once my shower is finished, while I am drying my hair, I whiten my teeth using Crest 3D White Whitestrips Professional Effects. I am an avid coffee drinker, so being able to keep my teeth white is important. With the Crest 3D White strips, I can remove 14 years worth of stain.
After all of my home “spa treatments” are done, I get into my most favorite comy yoga pants, grab a book, and settle in for some more me time.
Game day for me means that I get to get a little pampering in while the boys get to enjoy one of their most favorite past times — watching the big game on television.
Now that you know how I get ready for the big game day, how do YOU get ready for this all important day?
