This month has been one of the busiest months in my LIFE! I have had more birthdays, parties, anniversaries, and more to cook for. Usually I try to make a big spread and I spend tons of time in the kitchen making everything look perfectly, but because of my lack of time this past week, I decided to hit up the Kraft recipe site to see what inspiration I could come up with. When I found this Hot Artichoke Dip, I knew it was exactly what I needed!
The minute I saw this recipe, I knew it would be delicious and only take me just a few minutes from start to finish to prepare. Imagine serving a piping hot appetizer when you get a phone call that someone is coming over to your house to visit?
It’s the perfect hot appetizer!
It uses 4 simple ingredients —
- KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- Artichoke Hearts
I picked all of these ingredients up from my local Walmart while I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping. You can find the KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise on the aisle where all the condiments are located.
Start by mincing up your garlic. It takes no time at all and goes pretty quick.
Next, simply drain your 4 ounce jar of artichoke hearts. All of this is just going to go right in your food processor!
Measure out your mayo and add it to your food processor.
Then measure out your Parmesan Cheese and add to the rest of your other ingredients.
Once you get all your ingredients together, pulse them up in your food processor and then spread it on the bottom of a 9″ pie pan and then bake for 20-25 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, it should look just like the one on the Kraft recipe website.
Now — my daughter the mayo HATER was snarling her nose up the whole time I was making this. She kept saying, “I am not going to like this. It has nothing BUT mayo in it”. The minute it came out of the oven, she picked up a tortilla chip and tried it, and literally ate half the pan. She kept exclaiming how delicious it was.
- 1 can, 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- MIX ingredients until blended.
- SPREAD onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned.
