The Happiest Daughter
Watch this video on The Happiest Daughter. The “The Happiest Daughter” video tells the story of how all families experience unexpected challenges, but what's important is making the most of it; in fact it can teach you to appreciate life even more.
Now — let me tell you about MY daughter. . .
My daughter is one of the rocks in my life. I am one of those women that tend to stress about a lot of things — cleaning the house, making sure dinner is done on time, keeping the laundry done, homeschooling my kids — for me it is a never ending struggle.
There are times when I can breathe and don't feel things struggling, but then there are those days when I feel like everything is gripping me by the throat and it's on those days I. just. need. to. get. away.
My 16 year old daughter, who has an amazing outlook on life — will grab me, hug, me and tell me just how much she loves me. She will whisper to me how beautiful I am and that I am THE perfect mom for this wild and crazy family.
And at that moment, all the stress melts away and I can breathe freely.
Keep Good Going
Celebrating Good is about the idea of perpetuating the personal good that positively affects everyone in your life (your family). It’s the good you want to pass onto others you care about—in big or small ways—because you know how it can positively shape their life experiences.
Good can be what you teach (what your children learn) – the good they want to pass onto their kids. From a product perspective, New York Life enables you to continue the good in your life by providing life insurance and other financial products so that your children, spouse, etc. can flourish.
What is a moment in your life that once was a struggle but you made it through?
