Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse are honoring veterans and current service members this Veterans Day with special offers at all locations across the country on Tuesday, Nov. 11 with proof of military service.
LongHorn Steakhouse will offer veterans and active military members a complimentary Texas Tonion appetizer and non-alcohol beverage with proof of service. Free drinks and free appetizer? I’ll take that!
Olive Garden restaurants will offer a free entrée from a special menu to active-duty military and military veterans. The special menu features seven of Olive Garden’s most popular items. The entrée is served with unlimited homemade soup or garden fresh salad and warm, garlic breadsticks.
Both of these restaurants have always been two of my favorite places to eat. I like to give my money back to places that like to honor people of service. When they show ME that they care about others, that in turn makes me care about THEIR business.
If you have a Vet in your family, make plans to take them to either place THIS Tuesday on Veteran’s Day. Give them a day of fun, food, fellowship, and love.
What about you? Do you ever eat at either of these restaurants?
