That was the number that popped up on the scale on Monday when I stepped on. I honestly wanted to cry. This battle I have been going through over the last year with my weight is just about to drive me nuts.
So — I am going to document my weight loss. I am serious this time. Over the past 5 months, I have managed to put back on 10 pounds and I feel horrible. I am making changes now that will reflect me for the rest of my life.
Just looking at this picture makes me mad at myself. How did I allow myself to get to this point? I don't know — but I am sick of it and it is time to make some changes.
How am I making those changes?
- Drinking more water
- watching what I eat
- Exercising more
Those are the three main components of how I intend on getting fit in 2014.
I set myself some goals for January. I think by setting the goals for myself, it will be easier to achieve. There are three main goals that I am working towards —
- Losing 10 pounds this month
- Eating a healthy dinner every single night
- Exercising at least 3 times per week
