I am the world’s worst when it comes to late night snacking. There is something about when the sun goes down, my tummy monster rears its ugly head and wants a snack. Most of the time, I grab the chips, or whatever sweet treat I made. That was until I discovered how easy it is to turn Yoplait Light into a night time snack hack. 1. Drink lots of water in the evenings
If you are prone to eating a lot of snacks in the evening, the best thing to do is drink water. This will help flush the toxins from your body and fill you up. Many times you just think you want a snack. You can trick your body into thinking you gave it one by drinking water. Adding lemon to the water will also help your body flush out the bad stuff as well.
2. Choose lower calorie snacks
I do some of my best writing at night, so that is when I tend to crave things like chips, popcorn, sweets, and more. I am now substituting Yoplait Light for my night time cravings, and topping it with just a little homemade granola for the added crunch my body wants.
