Easy Homemade Coconut Ice Cream
To make this -- all you need is
3 cans of coconut milk
1 can of cream of coconut
1 cup of sugar
toasted coconut
Mix together and place in ice cream maker. Mix according to machine's directions
Scoop and enjoy!
Top with toasted coconut
Enjoy!
