I am all about quick lunches around our home. We homeschool, and even though I have plenty of time to make a lunch from scratch, most often I am busy writing or editing articles for my job. That is why I love to keep Hillshire Farm Naturals lunch meat in the refrigerator so that we can always make a nutritious and healthy lunch when needed.
The other day when I was at Walmart, I discovered the new line of Hillshire Farm Naturals Lunch meat. It is right next to the original Hillshire Farm lunch meat. It comes in four delicious flavors — Slow Roasted Turkey Breast, Hardwood Smoked Turkey Breast, Honey Roasted Ham, and Black Forest Ham.
I chose the slow roasted turkey breast to bring home. It runs about $4.48 and can be found in the deli meat section.
Today has been a busy writing day, so I decided to fix my daughter a quick lunch — a TLT Quesadilla — turkey, lettuce, and tomato. Now — my daughter is NOT a turkey fan at all, but from the first bite, she kept saying how delicious it was.
She said she could tell that this did not taste like the cheap lunch meat, but it was delicious and full of flavor. For me, that is a total win and score!

Here is a yummy and quick snack idea —
As a great after school snack, make a batch of hummus and fill inside of a celery stick. Next, roll a slice of Hillshire Farms Naturals Black Forest Ham and one slice of cheddar cheese around the celery. This would definitely make anybody smile!
Hillshire Farm Naturals™ new premium line of lunchmeat contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or colors and no added nitrites/nitrates except those occurring naturally in celery juice.
