Hollywood Wax Museum in Branson Missouri

Sharing is caring!

We received complimentary admission to Hollywood Wax Museum as part of a promotional blogger tour of Branson, MO through the US Family Guide. All opinions are 100% my own.

You know that when you are cruising down the street and you see King Kong on the top of a building, you KNOW you are going to have to stop and check out the huge gorilla statue and find out more.

The outside of the building is as intriging as the inside.

We stood for a little bit marveling in the statues of Dolly Parton, John Wayne and more, but nothing could excite me more than rounding the corner to head inside and being met with this man. Of course, someone else was not so happy.

All of the wax figures inside are true to size and life like. The face stubble looks SO real and the amazing life likeness will seriously blow you away.

It takes about 30-45 minutes to cruise through looking at all the actors and actresses. I really enjoyed it because some of my favorite movie characters were portrayed through the museum.

Like I Dream of Jeannie.

She was SO life like. I wanted so badly to reach out and touch her but the main rule at the wax museum is NO TOUCHING.

The Wax Museum just underwent a multi-million dollar expansion to house even more of yours and my favorite celebrities. In fact, here are a few that we got to rub elbows with —

Kayla was a little disappointed because there were no Marvel characters at all. She was sure hoping to get her picture with Spiderman. I asked the desk clerk if he knew if they would be getting any Marvel figures soon and he said he thought that he had heard that they might, so we might have to take another trip to the Wax Museum later down the road.

Tickets run $16.95 and you can order them here. If you have a group of 15 or more, you can get a discount, so be sure and get as many people together as you can, and remember — no touching!

Better than that though, buy combo tickets to more than one attraction and save even more!
