Making these little homemade pizza rolls was really easy! These make a great snack or a quick homemade lunch if that is what you are looking for.

Once you have your basic dough and sauce, you can start making your pizza rolls! Simply roll the dough out and cut it into rectangles. Place a small amount of pizza sauce and a little cheese on each one, then wet the sides of your dough with water. Fold over and seal together with a fork.
Cook in a 400 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. You can brush your tops with egg whites to get them to brown up a little more. Mine were white on top but they were so good!
We have had these for about three days in a row now. The good thing is, if you do not want to make all of them at once, you can store leftover dough and sauce in the refrigerator. Just be sure to wrap it up really good.
