Before my trip for New York, I got a gift card from Kohl’s. If anyone needed clothing for a trip — it was me! Kohl’s wanted to see what I could “haul in” with my $100 gift card. Little do they know just exactly how savvy a shopper I am, so armed with my coupons, my giftcard, and my shopping buddies, I hit the stores running!
We shopped for nearly three hours scouring racks and racks of clearance. There were so many beautiful tops and shoes to choose from. I grabbed a pair of heels off one of the mannequins so that I could visually see what the outfits that I chose would look like.
After picking out all of the cute shirts, dresses, and shoes, we hit up the jewelry section — 80% off! Some sets only cost me $2.30!
All in all my Kohl’s haul cost me $105.30 and I got ALL of this plus the jewelry included above:
- 5 shirts
- 1 white wrap
- 1 dress
- 1 set of pajamas
- 1 pair of flip flops
- 1 pair of dressy shoes
- and all the jewelry!
The story on the dress shoes
Once I got to the register to pay for my purchases, I received Kohl’s Cash ($10 for every $50 you spend) to spend on another purchase. I came back to the store a few days later to get shoes to match my Red Carpet dress and found these on sale for $16! FREE is my favorite form of payment.
Now — it’s your turn!
Kohl’s wants to see what you can “haul in”. One lucky winner is going to get their very own $100 gift card to use and share about their own haul. You can share your haul on the Kohl’s Haul of Fame Facebook page. Here is how their contest works:
- Customers can upload their haul videos or photos to the Kohl’s Facebook page.
- Customers can vote on other uploaded haul videos or photos (public voting will count as part of the final score).
- Each week of the promotion, five winners will receive a $500 Kohl’s gift card.
