I received a copy of Mom’s Night Out in order to write this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
I love, love, love good clean Christian films like Mom’s Night Out. Anytime that I can get together with my girlfriends, cook delicious foods like my cream filled strawberries, and pop in a movie — I am so there.
When I found out that Mom’s Night Out was out on DVD — I couldn’t wait to tell you about it.
About Mom’s Night Out
Allyson wants to have a girl’s night out with her friends, but the problem is, they have to convince their husbands to watch the children. The women simply want to enjoy a meal that does not involve paper bags, runny noses and constant interruptions. A little adult conversation would not hurt either. What could go wrong with that? It could turn into the longest three hours the women have spent since their children were born. That coupled with the fact that they will be able to enjoy putting on a pair of high heels for their adventure should make it a very interesting evening.
Jen’s Thoughts
When I first saw this movie in the theater, I walked away with a new sense of who I am as a mom, wife, homeschool teacher, blogger and more. It really just touched me in a way that no other movie ever has.
I had more fun laughing until I cried, shaking my head as I heard myself saying, “OMG — I SO get that!” You will want to see this movie.
