Copycat Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe

Sharing is caring!

I love Olive Garden Salad Dressing — don't you? It's not the salad so much as it is the dressing.

I have been all over the Internet comparing recipes. I have finally combined a few and have come up with the perfect dressing.

This copycat Olive Garden dressing recipe tastes exactly like what you would get if you went to the restaurant and had their salad.

I now can have this delicious and yummy treat with my dinner anytime I want! No more leaving the comfort of my own home.

How to Make Olive Garden Salad Dressing

In fact, I served this over a delicious Greek Pasta Salad the other day. Instead of using my regular pasta salad dressing, I put the Olive Garden dressing on it and it turned out SO good.

This is also great if you don't want to heat up your home — because you can just have a delicious and fulfilling salad for dinner which is great for summer cooking.

Olive Garden seems to be known for so many favorites. Alfredo pasta, Zuppa Toscana, Pasta e Fagioli, Chicken and Gnocchi Soup and those breadsticks are my favorites — and they all pair so well with this delicious crunchy salad.

If you want to create a salad like Olive Garden's, simply use a bagged Romain blend salad and add in black olives, croutons, tomatoes, red onions, and pepperoncini peppers.

To mix your dressing up quicker, you can try using an emulsifier like this one I found on Amazon — Salad Dressing Mixer. I use it all the time and love it.

Salads are a great filler when you don't want to overeat and the best part is, if you put your dressing to the side and just dip your fork in your dressing, you will cut down on the calories majorly (because the dressing is where a lot of your salad calories come from.)

If you plan on using this on your next salad, why not fix a yummy entree like my Parmesan Chicken! It is simply delicious.

How many side salads would 1 recipe of copycat Olive Garde Salad dressing serve. I'm serving 75 people, just wondering how many batches of your recipe I needed to prepare.

I would definitely say at least 6? This recipe yields 1 cup of dressing. If you tossed it first before serving, you could probably get away with less.

I was wondering how much lemon juice half is. I buy lemon juice in a bottle to use and don't know how much I should use. Half cup.. one fourth cup??
