Red Velvet Brownies

This week has been SO full of birthdays. My husband, our family friend, the pastor, and my son’s is later this week. I usually spend a ton of time baking during this time. Now, for my pastor I always make him a huge bowl of Peppermint Ice Cream, but this year, I bumped it up and made him both Red Velvet Brownies and ice cream.

When I first heard him talk about wanting some, I did some search and found a recipe online that was exactly what I was looking for. I am a girl who loves quick and easy and this is exactly that.

You will need the following ingredients —

Once you get your butter melted, you basically throw everything in a bowl and mix it together until you get it all combined. It will be super thick just like this —

Then, just spread it in a 9×9 pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake it in a 375 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes and you will wind up with these amazingly delicious Red Velvet Brownies.
