Strawberry Fruit Leather
To make this -- all you need is
2 quarts of hulled and chopped strawberries and
1/4 cup of honey
Puree it all together and pour onto a sheet pan.
Cook at 170 degrees for 6 hours
Let cool for a few hours.
Remove from the sheet pan and place on waxed paper
Cover with a sheet of waxed paper and roll up. Slice into 1' thick slices. Enjoy!
