12 ounce bag of pecans
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix together the egg white and the water. Pour over the pecans and mix well.
Mix the cinnamon sugar and salt together and pour over the pecans.
Place the nuts on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Bake for one hour at 250 degrees.
