I discovered a quick and easy way to make shrimp tastes like you slaved over it for hours! Below is my recipe for Zesty Baked Shrimp. Once you try it this way, you will be hooked for life.
One of my favorite dishes to eat lately is shrimp. I love it. I cannot get enough of it. I usually keep a 2 pound bag in the freezer at all time. While I used to buy the already cooked shrimp, I found out that it is just as easy to buy the de-veined uncooked shrimp (and it tastes more tender and WAY better) and bake it myself.

This shrimp is SO darn easy to make. It literally takes 4 ingredients — all of which you have in your pantry! I love being able to make a dish that you can whip up with ingredients from your stock.
So to get this dish going you will need —

Shrimp, butter, lemon, and the secret ingredient — Good Seasons Zesty Italian blend packet.
Start by melting your butter in a 350 degree oven. Put the stick on your sheet pan and place in the oven and let it get completely melted.

While the butter is melting, slice your lemons in half.

Once your butter is melted, take the lemons and place on top of the melted butter.
Nothing tastes better than lemons and butter.

Once you do that, take your shrimp and lay it out across the lemons and butter. Then sprinkle on the packet of zesty italian blend on top of the shrimp.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. When it comes out it will look like this —

and it will taste amazing. You will not be able to stop eating this.
You can eat it all by itself, or place it in tacos like my shrimp tacos, or in a delicious linguine!

What is your favorite way to enjoy shrimp?

Could you help me with approximate amounts for ingredients.
Also it says there are 5 ingredients. I could only find 4 (shrimp, butter, lemon and salad dressing). What am I missing?
Thanks

You are right Jan!! It is about 1-2 pounds of shrimp (you decide). I just usually buy one of those frozen bags at Walmart of the Large or Jumbo size shrimp. 1 stick of butter, 2 lemons, and 1 packet of the salad dressing. That is all you need.
