Peach Berry Fruit Salad

Sharing is caring!

This delicious Peach Berry Fruit Salad is made using fresh peaches while the peach season is in swing and whatever other juicy summer fruits and berries you have in the fridge!

The honey lime dressing on this fresh fruit salad makes this a beautiful dish that can be eaten as a side dish or for a wonderful and light lunch. Not a fan of honey? No worries. Switch out the local honey for some maple syrup instead.

I love it when summer happens because all of my favorite fruits are in high season. Peaches which are my absolute favorite stone fruit is one of the main ingredients of this dish, however, if you don't like peaches, you can leave them out. But take my word for it. They make this dish taste amazing.

How to Make This Refreshing Peach Salad

For this recipe, you need the following ingredients which you can find at the grocery store or farmer's market–

  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Ripe Peaches
  • Blueberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Honey
  • Fresh lime juice

Wash and slice all the berries and peaches, then throw all the fruit in a large bowl.

Mix the lime juice and honey. Drizzle onto the berries and mix well. Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle on top of the salad. If you are not a fan of mint leaves, you can use fresh basil leaves instead.

Optional Ingredients

For a tangy optional ingredient for this delicious salad, add some crumbled feta cheese to the top. For best results, let the salad set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to let the fresh flavors marry together. The natural sweetness of all the berries mixed with the tangy dressing will take this salad from just good to great.

Store the fruit in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 to 2 days. Because all the fruit is fresh, it will start to soften pretty quickly, so be sure to eat it right away for the best taste.

Perfect timing as Upick peaches are just getting started here! Love all the different colors and I might be tempted to use a hot honey in place of the regular.
