Pumpkin ButterBeer

Sharing is caring!

I received product samples from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of this amazing Pumpkin Butterbeer recipe for #PumpkinWeek. All opinions are mine alone.

Fall is in the air, and we are celebrating our love of pumpkin with #PumpkinWeek hosted by Terri from Love and Confections and Christie from A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures

To finish off pumpkin week, Kayla and I decided to create a delicious drink that is so weird but oh so tantalizing! When I first started playing around with making pumpkin butterbeer, I wasn't quite sure how the flavor combo was going to turn out. However, this weird combination has turned out to be my absolute favorite drink I have made so far!

If you're looking for an easy way to transport your new butter beer, try these Growlerwerks available from Stonex.

The addition of the Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup really took it over the top.

Here's how we made this wonderful pumpkin-flavored drink.

How to make Pumpkin ButterBeer

To make pumpkin butterbeer, you only need just a few select ingredients —

~Cream Soda

~Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup

~Imitation butter extract

~Pumpkin Puree

~Apple Cider

~Ice

~Whipped Topping

~Pumpkin Pie Spice for garnish

In a large measuring bowl with a pour spout, add in your apple cider. Measure out 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree and add to the bowl as well.

In another measuring cup, measure out 2 cups of cream soda and pour that into the bowl as well.

Add in your other ingredients like the butter extract. Then, to top it off, add in a couple of splashes of Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup. Now, mix together.

Add ice to your glasses and then pour your butterbeer mixture into the glasses. Don't worry about the pumpkin puree because it dissolves right into the liquids.

I love to top mine with whipped topping and a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice. Then serve with a fun straw for the perfect pumpkin drink!
