These spooky eyeball snacks are the perfect Halloween-themed food to have at your next Halloween party. Delicious crackers, mozzarella balls, ham, and olives make this snack a quick appetizer to throw together. For more spooky inspiration, check out my list of The Best Halloween Recipes.
During the spooky month of October, I love sharing fun and creepy foods that are simple and easy for you to throw together for Halloween parties, school functions, and more. But if you are like me, you will love them any time of year!

One of my favorite Halloween appetizers is this easy recipe. The edible eyes are made using snacking cheese like mozzarella balls to resemble the eyeball. Then use black olives or green olives for the iris. I like the green ones because it has the little red peppers in the center.
Wrap the spooky eyeballs with some ham, proscuitto, or salami. Serve it on a cracker or on tortilla chips. That will turn these into delicious antipasto eyeballs.

If you want to make this a Halloween dessert, simply make cake pops and coat them in white chocolate. Use candy eyeballs and red candy melts or a food marker for the bloodshot red veins look. You can find the recipe for those spooky eyes here.
Eyeball food is really fun to make for Halloween. Some of my favorites have been these Eyeball Monster Cookies made in various colors, or these Eyeball Halloween Pumpkin Cake Pops. Serve these with my Jalapeno Ranch Skeleton Cheeseball for the perfect spooky appetizer spread.
