The Perfect Tropical Fruit Salad
What makes a tropical fruit salad so delicious is the fruits you choose to go in your salad. For this one, I received a lot of tropical fruits from Melissa's Produce, so I decided to add them all to my salad, and they were a hit together.

This tropical fruit salad has so many yummy fruits —
- Golden dragonfruit
- Blood oranges
- Pineapple
- Kiwi
- Strawberries
- Kumquats
- Fresh Mint
The dressing is Key Lime and honey mixed together. They pair so well together.
Easy Variations
- Add a tropical twist with papaya or dragon fruit
- Make it creamy by adding a dollop of coconut yogurt
- Turn it into dessert with a sprinkle of toasted coconut or a drizzle of white chocolate
- Add protein like grilled shrimp or chicken for a savory spin

Tropical Fruit Salad is a quick dish to throw together and everyone will LOVE the flavor combos. The good thing is that if there are certain fruits you are not a fan of, simply trade them out for the ones you do love.
I like to serve my fruit salad in this beautiful bowl.
Tips for the Best Tropical Fruit Salad
- Use ripe fruit for maximum sweetness and flavor
- Don’t overmix to keep delicate fruits from breaking down
- Add bananas last if using—they brown quickly
- Serve chilled for that refreshing tropical vibe
Storage Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep in mind that softer fruits may release juices over time, but it will still taste amazing!
