How I Discovered These Little Ham Slider Sandwiches
After hitting the grocery store the other day, I was tired. I am not going to lie. Cooking dinner was the farthest thing from my mind.
I started digging through my fridge and found some delicious Boarshead ham I just bought, a block of extra sharp Vermont cheddar, and free slider buns I picked up with my coupons.
I put two and two together and rummaged through my pantry for my Everything Bagel Seasoning — and these delicious Everything Bagel Ham and Cheese Sliders came together in a snap.

Another great slider recipe is this one for Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders. This is another great recipe for using up those pantry items.
Making Everything Bagel Ham and Cheese Sliders
- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12-count)
- ¾–1 pound shaved ham
- 8–10 slices cheese of choice (Swiss, provolone, cheddar, or a mix)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1–2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for the butter mix)
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
How to Make Everything Bagel Ham and Cheese Sliders

Step 1: Prep the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a baking dish with parchment or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Step 2: Add the Layers
Start by layering the shaved ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Pile it on — this is what makes the sandwiches so satisfying!
Next, add your cheese slices on top of the ham. Replace the top half of the rolls.
Step 3: Make the Butter Topping
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with Dijon and Worcestershire (if using). Brush or drizzle the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning all over the buttered tops. Don’t be shy — this is where the flavor magic happens.
Step 4: Bake
Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Step 5: Serve
Let the sliders cool for just a couple of minutes, then use a sharp knife to cut them apart. Serve warm and watch them disappear!

My entire family loved these sliders and they are now on our must-make list forever.
These would also be great to have when you tailgate or have people over for a party. Another great tailgate party appetizer is these Everything Seasoned Cocktail Weenies.
