Blackstone Chicken Tacos: Quick, Flavor-Packed & Perfect for Taco Night!

Sharing is caring!

These Blackstone Chicken Tacos are everything you love about taco night: juicy marinated chicken, lightly charred tortillas, and fresh toppings that pop with flavor. Cooking them on the Blackstone Griddle gives the chicken a perfect sear while keeping it tender and juicy on the inside.

If there's one meal that always hits the spot in our house, it's tacos — and when I can whip them up on my Blackstone griddle? Even better! For more inspiration, be sure to check out my Easy Blackstone Griddle Recipes.

Why You’ll Love These Tacos:

  • They’re ready in under 30 minutes
  • Easy cleanup (hello, flat top!)
  • Great for a weeknight dinner or Taco Tuesday get-together
  • Customizable with your favorite toppings

Pro Tip:

Marinate your chicken for at least 30 minutes beforehand. I use a combo of lime juice and taco seasoning — simple but packs a punch!

Serve these with a side of Blackstone Mexican street corn or chips and guac, and you've got yourself a dinner everyone will rave about.

How to Make This Delicious Taco Chicken on the Blackstone

Once the meat is marinated, turn the griddle on medium-high heat and oil it down. Then, throw the chicken on and let it cook about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to turn it frequently to keep it from burning. I like to use this Blackstone Griddle Accessories pack that has everything I need for cooking on the Blackstone.

Turn the right side down to low. Take the tortillas — you can use flour or corn — your preference, and throw them on the griddle.

Top one side with cheese and then some of the cooked chicken. Now, use the spatula and fold the tortilla plain half over the chicken and cheese. No need to flip because both sides will already be charred.

Place on a plate to keep the tacos warm until ready to top with your favorite taco toppings!
