How to Make Blackstone Hibachi Chicken
- Prep your ingredients ahead of time. The key to success on the Blackstone griddle is having everything chopped and ready to go.
- Heat your Blackstone to medium-high heat. Add a little oil and start with the veggies. Stir-fry until they’re tender but still have a little bite.
- Cook the chicken next. I like to marinate mine for 10-15 minutes in the cooking glaze. Let it sizzle until golden and cooked through.
- Push everything aside and crack a couple of eggs on the griddle. Scramble, then toss in the cooked rice and a bit of butter and soy sauce. Stir until heated and coated in all that delicious flavor.
- Serve it up – rice on the bottom, chicken and veggies on top, and a drizzle of yum yum sauce to bring it all together.

Tips for the Best Blackstone Hibachi Chicken
- Don’t overcrowd the griddle – give your ingredients room to sear.
- Use day-old rice – it holds up better on the griddle and soaks in the flavor.
- Make extra – this reheats like a dream and makes for amazing leftovers.
