If you love Blackstone Griddle Recipes, then you will flip over these Blackstone Hibachi Vegetables. Making hibachi at home is not hard at all, especially if you have a Blackstone Griddle.
Here is my true step-by-step recipe and some of my favorite Blackstone Griddle Accessories.
My Favorite Vegetables to Make on the Blackstone Griddle
Some of my favorite Blackstone Hibachi Vegetables are mushrooms, onions, fried zucchini on the Blackstone, and my delicious Blackstone Griddle Brussels Sprouts.
You only need a handful of ingredients when making Hibachi on the Blackstone.
- Kinders Japanese Cooking Sauce (this stuff makes Hibachi taste SO yummy!)
- Vegetables of Choice
- Melted Butter
- Salt and Pepper
Start by slicing up the veggies. I like to chunk mine up into rustic bites like they do at the Japanese restaurant.
Turn the grill onto medium-high. Drizzle a little bit of high-heat oil onto the griddle. Once it has heated, throw all the veggies onto the griddle surface. I like to add some butter, salt, and pepper.
Once the veggies have cooked for about 7 minutes on one side, I toss them and then add some of the Japanese Cooking Sauce to the veggies. Let them cook for another 5-6 minutes like that before tossing again.
Once the veggies start showing color and tenderness, drizzle a little melted butter over them and remove them to the sheet pan tray.

Fried Zucchini on the Blackstone
If you ask me which vegetable is my absolute favorite to cook on the Blackstone Griddle, I would have to answer zucchini. It holds up so well to the char and the seasonings and compliments every protein you offer.
It also goes great in this Horseradish Hibachi dipping sauce or my homemade Yum Yum Sauce.
