This delicious Healthy Crockpot Pork Tenderloin is the perfect weeknight dinner recipe. Because of its dump-and-go nature, you can throw everything in the slow cooker, and by the time you get home, it will be done and ready to eat.
Pork tenderloins are usually an inexpensive cut of meat, and since we are working on saving money this month, this recipe is great for adding to your crockpot rotation.
How to Make This Super Tender Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is the perfect sweet and savory combination. The sauce has a vinegary bite to it so if you do not like that, cut down on the amount of balsamic vinegar in the recipe.
You can serve this delicious cut of meat with a side of my Slow Cooker Pinto Beans with Hamhock. You can also serve it with mashed potatoes, fried rice, or even some of my Honey butter brussels sprouts.
By slow-cooking this pork tenderloin, you can ensure that it will stay tender and juicy.
Mix all of the spices and rub into the meat. Place the meat in the crockpot or slow cooker.
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the tenderloin. Place the lid on and let it cook for 2-3 hours on low or 1-2 hours on high.
Once the pork reads 150 with a meat thermometer, remove it and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
While the pork is resting, take the sauce from the crockpot and place it in a saucepan. Add the cornstarch to it and allow it to heat through until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the pork tenderloin. Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
This recipe is not only simple and easy but it is healthy as well.

Healthy Crockpot Pork Tenderloin
This simple and easy crockpot recipe is healthy and can be thrown together in a pinch. The pork is super juicy and tender and then topped with a tangy flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin (about 3 pounds) - I get the pack that has 2 tenderloins per pack
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/3 cup of low sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (use less if you want it to taste less vinegary)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
Instructions
- Place the pork tenderloin in the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well and sprinkle over the tenderloin. Rub it into the meat.
- In another small bowl, combine the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, ketchup, and cornstarch. Mix well with a whisk and pour it over the tenderloin.
- Put the lid on the crockpot and turn it on low. Let it cook for 2-3 hours or until a thermometer reads 150 degrees. You can also cook it on high for an hour and a half.
- Once the tenderloin is to the right temperature, remove it from the crockpot and plate it.
- Let it rest for about 15 minutes before cutting into it. While the meat is resting, take the sauce in the slow cooker and place it in a saucepan.
- Cook it over medium-high heat until the sauce has thickened and then pour it over the pork.
- Slice and serve.
