These easy Mummy Pizzas are such a cute idea and the perfect Halloween food for kids! Not only are these fun to make, but fun to eat as well. Send this Halloween pizza to school for your kid's lunch or serve them the perfect dinner on Halloween night before trick or treating starts!

Back in the day when my kids were little and money was tight, I always tried to get creative when it came to getting pizza, especially for an after school snack. I came up with these “flat pizzas” as my daughter named them, on the fly one day.
It's basically a flour tortilla as the pizza crust, then throw on some pizza sauce and cheese. Of course, if you don't like tortilla base, you can use English muffins, hamburger buns, hoagie rolls, bagels, or even make them as a french bread pizza. The possibilities are endless.
You can use store bought pizza sauce or you can make my homemade pizza sauce.
How to Make Mini Mummy Pizzas

For this recipe you need the following simple ingredients —
- Street Taco Size Flour Tortillas
- Pizza sauce (or make my homemade sauce using tomato sauce or you can use marinara sauce)
- Frigo cheese head mozzarella stick (1 or 2 per pizza)
- Black olives or green olives
Let the Kids Make Their Own Mummy Pizzas
Lay out the tortillas on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Spread pizza sauce over each tortilla. Now, take each cheese stick and pull it so that it comes off in thin strips. You can also use a sharp knife to cut the strips of cheese. Let the kids lay out their “mummy wrap” with the cheese to give it a good mummy look. This is the best part of these pizzas.
Use the olive slices to decorate for eyes. You can leave off the mummy's eyes if you don't like olives, but it creates a fun spooky mummy pizza. If the kids decorated their own pizza, use a sharpie marker to write their name on the parchment paper.
You can always add more pizza toppings if you prefer, but I like mine simple.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cheese melts and is golden brown. Serve on the baking sheet so the kids can find their personal mummy pizza recipe.

Use a pizza cutter to cut into small triangles or leave whole and fold it like a taco to eat. I like leaving it whole because you can see the mummy bandages.
Store the remaining pizzas in an airtight container in the fridge until you are ready to eat again.
The kids flip for these, so make sure to serve these at your next Halloween party! It is the perfect quick dinner for sure.
