One of my hubby’s favorite snack is Ranch Style Oyster Crackers that have been baked in Ranch Dressing. These Ranch Style Oyster Crackers are THE BOMB!

These crackers are simple and easy to make. I used olive oil this time, but in the past, I have used vegetable oil) and one packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (it is a powder that you get on the dressing aisle).

These are delicious AND addictive! What is even more addictive than these crackers? My yummy sausage balls!

In fact, last year, we gave away a bunch of these crackers as gifts and everyone raved and raved about how yummy they were!

Making snack crackers like this keeps us from getting into the other unhealthy snacks. Granted these are not super healthy, but they are better for me and the kids than chocolate and sugar, right?

I just have to learn to eat them in moderation.
