How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Step 1: Season and Cook the Chicken
Drizzle the chicken tenderloins with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Place the seasoned chicken strips in the basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Step 2: Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the chicken is done, toss the strips in your favorite buffalo sauce until fully coated. You can make it as mild or as spicy as you like — just adjust the amount of sauce.
If you want to make this a vegetarian wrap, you can use this same concept and make my Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
Warm your tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Spread a tablespoon or two of ranch dressing onto each tortilla. Add a handful of lettuce, some diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles if you are using them, and a couple of buffalo chicken strips.
Step 4: Wrap and Serve
Fold the sides in, then roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately! If you want it toasted, pop it back in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes for a warm and slightly crispy finish.

Tips & Tricks
- Meal prep it! Cook the chicken ahead of time and reheat for a fast weekday lunch.
- Make it low-carb: Swap the tortilla for a lettuce wrap or use a low-carb wrap alternative.
- Cool the heat: Add extra ranch or a slice of avocado to balance the spice if you're not a big fan of heat.
- Extra crispy: Toss the chicken in a little cornstarch before air frying for an extra crispy coating.
This wrap is great for busy weeknights, game day snacks, or a weekend lunch. It’s spicy, savory, and satisfying — and I promise, you won’t miss deep frying one bit!
